Frequently Asked Questions

Click "Get started free" on our homepage, enter your full name, email address, and a password. Your account is created instantly and you receive a welcome balance to get started.

Your account number is displayed on your main dashboard under the "Account Number" card. You can also find it in the Profile section. Tap the "Copy" button to copy it instantly.

Go to the Profile section from the sidebar or bottom navigation. For changes to your name or email, please contact us at support@silvercrestfin.com.

Click "Send Money" from the dashboard. Choose Instant (SilverCrest to SilverCrest), Wire Transfer, or Bank Transfer. Fill in the details and confirm with your transaction PIN.

Wire and bank transfers are reviewed by our team before processing. This typically takes 1–3 business days. Instant transfers between SilverCrest users are immediate. If your transfer has been pending for more than 3 business days, contact support.

You can send up to your available balance in a single transfer. There are no daily limits for verified accounts. Transfers are free between SilverCrest users.

Go to "Cards" in the sidebar. You can request a free Virtual Card (instant), a Physical Debit Card ($5, delivered in 3–5 business days), or apply for a Credit Card.

Yes! Go to Cards → "Add External Card". We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Verve cards. Enter your card details and it's linked securely.

Go to "Crypto" in the sidebar. Select the coin (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, or BNB), choose "Buy", enter the dollar amount, and confirm. The purchase is deducted from your balance instantly.

In the Crypto section, select the coin, choose "Sell", and enter the dollar amount you want to receive. The equivalent crypto will be deducted from your holdings and the cash added to your balance.

Yes. SilverCrest uses 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard used by major banks worldwide. Your account is protected by Supabase Auth, and Row Level Security ensures you can only ever access your own data.

For password reset, email us at support@silvercrestfin.com and we'll help within 24 hours. For your transaction PIN, you can set or change it from the Profile section of your dashboard.

Contact us immediately at support@silvercrestfin.com with your account email and details of the activity. We take security incidents very seriously and respond within 1 hour.

Go to "Loans" in the sidebar. Choose your loan type, enter the amount, select your repayment period, and review the loan summary. Click "Apply Now" to submit. We review and respond within 24 hours.

Personal Loans start at 12% APR, Business Loans at 9% APR, and Mortgages at 6.5% APR. The loan calculator in the app shows your exact monthly payments and total interest before you apply.
